• 24/7 emergent text or call access
• As many prenatal visits as needed, including urgent visits
• On-call status at 37 weeks
• All standard labs including: OB panel (excluding Rh-Negative Labs and Reflex testing), blood tying, CBC, glucose testing, hemoglobin/hematocrit, and GBS culture. Insurance used when available
• 20 week anatomy screening ultrasound
• Education on nutrition, birth preparation, and evidence-based practices
• All birth supplies including the use of birthing pool
• Newborn services including: Critical Congenital Heart Defect Screening, Newborn Hearing Screening, Newborn Metabolic Screening for an additional cost ($150)
• Filing for the Birth Certificate and Social Security Card
